Why would a tax cut do anything other than increase the after-tax profit for a business? Business hire because of demand, because they need more people to handle the business they have - not because they have extra money.

Why is Oprah mentioned in this article? Oprah isn't acting like Trump nor is she making herself visible by being controvers?ial and getting involved in the Presidenti?al election. Using Oprah's name seems like a ploy to either bring her down to pond-scum level (like Trump) or to elevate Trump to Oprah's level (trustwort?hy and intelligen?t.) Trump is neither. This article is nothing but an insult to a woman that many people admire.

I have no problem giving small businesses a tax reduction, not by 20 percent, but nonetheles?s. However, if we are going to do something like this then it needs to be based monetarily?, not by employee size. Just another effort by the GOP to make life easier for the wealthy.
